After a bad experience with another company two years ago I decided to use Bower. I had home visits with David Kitchens who was very informative and never pushy in selling the product.After a small problem, the sponsor was change to Legal and General and from there on it was completed in good time. They explained everything ,and arranged the complete process in the comfort of our home. Our consultant from Bower Retirement Sheila Carroll, made sure we had the plan that suited our needs.Once we decided to proceed ,Nicola Randall from Bowers head office took over the process to completion. They arranged a solictor, an independent valuer, and we even received a home visit from the solicitor to sign the paperwork. Throughout , Nicola was superb with updating us on progress.
