Very good service from Dave Long. Prompt, very fair and well explained. I contacted Bower, and Dave came out to see us. We spoke of our requirements and he didn’t push us into anything we didn’t need. However he sorted our problem with JUST, which we couldn’t do ourselves.
His approach, work was very professional. A great service and have asked him to put us on file for future rebroke.
Will certainly recommend this company.

I was very impressed with the service from Bower retirement, it was quick and easy. The people I dealt with were extremely efficient and friendly, I was not looking forward to the experience but can honestly say it was painless.

After a bad experience with another company two years ago I decided to use Bower. I had home visits with David Kitchens who was very informative and never pushy in selling the product.
After a small problem, the sponsor was change to Legal and General and from there on it was completed in good time. David or Tracy always kept me aware of the procedure that was going on.
All in all I found the experience good and very easy to complete.

Very professional service which dealt with the tedium of the necessary FSA security and protection aspects.
Very helpful specialist in Eric who was really helpful and the whole remortgage went through without a hitch.

They explained everything ,and arranged the complete process in the comfort of our home. Our consultant from Bower Retirement Sheila Carroll, made sure we had
the plan that suited our needs.

Once we decided to proceed ,Nicola Randall from Bowers head office took over the process to completion.

They arranged a solictor, an independent valuer, and we even received a home visit from the solicitor to sign the paperwork. Throughout , Nicola was superb with updating us on progress.
