Our initial meeting
When you are ready to find out more, an experienced member of the Bower Private Clients team will call to arrange a personal appointment with you at your home (or wherever you prefer). We welcome any family members, friends or financial professionals to attend this meeting with you.
Your options explained
When you meet your personal adviser, they will take the time to learn more about you, listen to your specific needs and talk through all the options available to you. They will present the advantages and disadvantages of all these plans and explain everything you need to consider. Then they will outline the costs, fees and timeline so you have total clarity of the process.
Taking the time
You are never under any pressure to proceed. There are no time constraints, no ‘last-minute deals’. With Bower Private Clients, you can take all the time you want to consult with your family, friends or professional financial advisers. If and when you are ready, we will be there for you.
Our second appointment
When you are happy to proceed, your dedicated adviser will present a full recommendation outlining the best option for you, your property and your financial goals.
Choose your solicitor
Your adviser will then arrange the necessary paperwork and present a panel of specialist solicitors for you to choose (if you do not wish to use your own) to help with all the legal matters.
Completion
It can take around six to eight weeks (sometimes less) to produce the formal offer and complete all legal formalities. The money is then paid directly to you, minus fees and costs, by your solicitor.
